Ben Chadwick
General Manager
35+ years of HVAC Service Industry experience including 30+ years with Pacific Air Control, Inc. as a
technician, then a service manager and,recent years, promoted to General Manager. Ben was awarded “HVAC
Instructor of the Year” for 2002-03 from Construction Industry Trade Council (CITC). Ben manages the
company, the Service Department and is also responsible for the DDC Controls estimating as well as
overseeing controls installation and equipment commissioning for all construction projects.
